What was the objective behind your collaboration?We needed a professional partner to modernize a legacy logistics system and migrate it to the cloud using .NET. Are there any areas for improvements?I should admit that our collaboration with Sigli was pretty successful. However, some issues that arose during the migration to the cloud caused delays and slight deviations from the roadmap. After a thorough analysis of the issues, the team found an effective solution that let them complete the project on time.

Are there any areas for improvements?In general, we are quite satisfied with the project’s outcomes. However, the team encountered some unexpected issues during the integration of the developed chatbot with our CRM. Due to this, there was a slight delay in the implementation of the chatbot.
