What was the objective behind your collaboration?One of our clients wanted a new web implementation on Drupal, so we began looking for a partner with experience in that CMS.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?We heavily prioritized client satisfaction, and Off-Site Services held the same standards, embracing the client’s needs. Instead of providing a prepackaged approach, they took time to understand the problem and deliver a tailored solution.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We had a large B2B website, content dense, integrated with Marketo, in two languages (EN and CN) that had been built on Drupal 7. Due to Drupal 7 end of life, we had to migrate to Drupal 10, which would involve a complete rebuild of the site structure, and then migrating over the hundreds of pages of content and content assets that we had.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Their customer service is top notch, we always felt well taken care of, problems were solved quickly, new solutions and options suggested, and proactive management of many elements we didn't even think of such that they never even became issues.
